When I started my career in Healthcare almost 20 years ago, I immediately began preparing myself for roles in leadership because I knew I wanted to make a difference.  Developing myself so that I could develop and support others has always been a focus of mine.  Continuous quality improvement is my passion; it is the the single most important thing anyone or any business can adopt to realize maximum potential, maximum efficiency, and achieve higher levels of success and revenue.

Healthcare is under so much strain and the amount of stress and struggle I have witnessed over these last 2 decades has me concerned.  But this struggle is not unique to healthcare; it is pervasive across all industries, all ages, all cultures and reaches all corners of the world.   As we work at an individual level to manage the expectations on us, it can be difficult to know how to feel"in control" of our success.  The word "success" can even conjure up images of struggle and intense work ethic.  Anxiety and stress are taking over the lives of so many in their pursuit of personal success.  Working harder and experiencing stress are not the keys to success; working smarter and from a grounded place of authenticity are.  Personal success doesn't have to be a struggle.  I teach others how to manage their overwhelm using practices that internally stabilize so that they can stay on the forefront of their growth and keep reaching for their full potential.  

 

Seeing people and teams reach their highest potential is my calling and my passion. 

I want to elevate others.  I want to  'Put Em High'!

 

I bring my background in Healthcare Leadership and Quality Management, my full access to the Canfield Success Principles training methodology, and my training to teach ancient practices, to deliver interactive and experiential training sessions.  My goal is transformation; to lead others to a personal shift that leaves them feeling ignited to take 100% responsibility for their lives and ready to take focused and deliberate action towards their goals so that they can experience success on their own terms - again, and again, and again.  Reaching one's full potential is about authentic success - it is unique to the core of the individual and the result is true joy and fulfillment.  When we uncover our strengths and access our inner knowing, we can then make these our guiding principles as we move through our success journey.  This is how we live our best lives.

  

We are all so much more capable than we know.  Can you imagine a world where we all felt safe enough to show up fully and strongly as who we really are?  A place where we were all doing not only what we were capable of doing, but doing it from a place of authenticity?  I can, and this is my 'Why'.
